About Linda's Baklava

Linda created this unique & delicious baklava recipe in the 1990's from hours of trial & error. She makes the baklava under the Colorado Cottage Food Act in her home kitchen. Linda also has her ServSafe Certificate & spent years teaching proper cooking techniques & food safety.

INGREDIENTS:  Phyllo dough (enriched bleached wheat flour, water, cornstarch, dextrose, maltodextrin, wheat gluten, salt, canola oil, calcium and/or sodium propionate and potassium sorbate), butter (milk, salt), walnuts, almonds, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, lemon & honey.
