What started as a fun project of learning to make baklava at the age of 30, quickly became a favorite family tradition at the holidays. Each Christmas, our mom would stand in the kitchen making baklava and we knew that soon we would be able to enjoy this sweet, crunchy, delicious treat we had been craving for the last year.

 

In 2012, after much persuasion from those who had been secretly enjoying this treat for years, she started selling her baklava & began Baklava by Linda. The company continues to grow year after year from referrals & recommendations of those who have tried it and instantly fallen in love.
